If you are unsatisfied with your Jabez Design Services for any reason, we will gladly refund your account. The nintey (90) day money back guarantee starts from the date of the purchase as reflected on your receipt/invoice.
The money back guarantee does NOT apply to domain registrations, setup fees, or to products combined in one accounts (dedicated ip and/or whmcs billing system), it ONLY applies to our design creation and packages. Domain names are like property, once we have registered them for you, we can not undo the registration hence we cant offer a refund for them, this also applies to names registered incorrectly as a result of your having made a mistake during the sign-up process. Please make sure you check the name you have filled in before you proceed to make payment. If you received a domain name for free with your design package, and cancel your account, a $9.95 fee will be applied to compensate for the price of the domain name registration.

Credits shall not be provided to YOU in the event that YOU have no service availability resulting from the following 3 reasons:

- Circumstances beyond Jabez Design Hosting's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of YOUR service
Limitations!
On-line problems occur continuously. There might come a time when you cannot access your service or any other service. This is not necessarily due to a failure of the Jabez Design Services Network or hardware. Jabez Design Service's monitoring agents are the sole determinate of the uptime of our service, and not any one client's experience.
Resource Usage!
Jabez Design Services allocates the advertised space and resources per customer. In rare cases, Jabez Design Services may find a customer to be using server/network resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Jabez Design Services reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.
Jabez Design Services reserves the right to discontinue/suspend services without notice should any hosting account exceed CPU, database, and network thresholds on our servers which may cause service interruption to other customers.
